           Chana masala

                              
                               

Ingredients

                                 Chick peace can 15.5.oz - 1
                                 Tomato sauce -3/4 cup
                                 Chana dal powder - 2 tsp 
                                 Grated ginger - 1 tbs 
                                 chilli powder - 1 tsp 
                                 cumin seed - 1 tsp

Method

     

Heat oil and add cumin seeds and once it started to crack add chana dal flour to the oil and fry in low flame for 2 mins till it turns light brown.

 
Add tomato sauce and bring to boil 

                          

add grated ginger to the sauce
                                        
                                           after 2 mints  add chilly powder ( or if you have
                                           any masala power )


                                           Add chick peas to the tomato gravy and salt


                                              add water and bring to boil and reduce the heat
                                               cover and cook for 5 mints


                                            After 5 mints smash it little bit but not to much

Tiramusu Recipe


Tiramisu Recipe


Ingredients:

       1 .Milk chocolate mousse mix 3.1 oz(87g) 

       2. 3/4 cup cold milk

       3.Mascarpone Italian cheese 8.8 oz (250g) 

       4. Brewed coffee liquid 2 cup

       5. Brandy 1 tsp (optional)

       6. lady fingers Net wt .7 oz (200g) 

       7. some shredded chocolate on top  

           Method : 

  1.  1.In a bowl, mix cold milk 3/4 and mousse powder

          and follow the direction from the box and make the

          mousse. ( usually in the box it says 1 cup milk 

           but you should not add 1 cup ) .

     2. In  another bowl, add room temperate mascarpone 

         cheese and beat with hand blender for two minutes to a

         smooth paste and after that add it to the mousse mix 

         and fold  in both together, do not beat them .

    3. Now mix coffee and brandy ( optional) and keep aside.  In a glass baking dish ( I used an 8 x 8 pan).

    dip the lady finger in the coffee mixture and lay them in the glass dish 

     4. divide the mousse mix in to half .

          put the half of the mousse mixture as the first layer

     5. again lay the lady finger on top of the mousse mix and add the rest of the mousse mix on top of the second layer .

    shred  chocolate on top and refrigerate for over night

    It will be good for 4 days
